Spray-In Bedliner FAQ

How much does a spray-in bedliner cost?

TNT Customs standard spray-in bedliner starts at $659.99 installed, with a lifetime warranty against cracking, chipping, and peeling. If you want extra UV protection for added durability, our premium bedliner is $759.99. For larger commercial trucks, contact us for a custom quote.

Are there any additional charges?

We keep pricing simple, but if your truck bed has been exposed to heavy oil or chemical spills, a solvent-based pre-cleaning fee may apply. Also, make sure to remove tools, toolboxes, and accessories before your appointment. If you need us to remove them, additional fees may apply. A $5 shop fee is standard on all jobs.

How long does the installation take?

The spray-in bedliner will be fully installed in just 4 hours. It will be dry to the touch when you pick it up, so you can get back on the road the same day.

When can i start using my truck bed?

This bedliner cures internally and reaches full hardness in just one hour. However, for best results, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours before loading materials or power washing your truck bed.

Is a Spray-In Bedliner Worth the Cost?

Yes. A spray-in bedliner is one of the best investments you can make to protect your truck. Unlike drop-in bedliners, spray-in bedliners bond directly to the truck bed, creating a durable protective barrier against scratches, dents, rust, chemicals, and everyday wear. A professionally installed spray-in bedliner helps preserve your truck’s appearance, reduce maintenance costs, and protect its value for years to come.

What Is the Difference Between a Spray-In Bedliner and a Drop-In Bedliner?

A spray-in bedliner is permanently applied to the surface of your truck bed, creating a seamless, non-slip coating that won’t shift or trap moisture. A drop-in bedliner is a molded plastic insert that sits inside the bed. While drop-in liners can provide basic protection, they may rub against the paint and allow dirt, water, and debris to collect underneath, potentially leading to rust. Spray-in bedliners offer a more durable, custom-fit solution with long-lasting protection.

Can a Spray-In Bedliner Prevent Rust?

A spray-in bedliner helps protect your truck bed from rust by sealing the surface against moisture, dirt, road salt, and other contaminants. When professionally installed on a clean, rust-free truck bed, the coating creates a protective barrier that reduces the risk of corrosion. If significant rust is already present, repairs may be necessary before the bedliner is applied to ensure proper adhesion and long-term protection.

How Long Does a Spray-In Bedliner Last?

A professionally installed spray-in bedliner is designed to last for the life of your truck. High-quality bedliners resist cracking, peeling, chipping, and fading, even when exposed to harsh weather, heavy loads, and daily use. With proper care, a spray-in bedliner can continue protecting your truck bed for many years while maintaining its appearance and performance.

Does a Spray-In Bedliner Increase Resale Value?

A spray-in bedliner can help maintain or increase your truck’s resale value by protecting the bed from damage that can make a vehicle less appealing to buyers. A clean, well-protected truck bed demonstrates that the vehicle has been cared for and can reduce concerns about rust, dents, scratches, and excessive wear. Many truck buyers view a professionally installed spray-in bedliner as a valuable upgrade.

Can you spray a bedliner on a damaged truck bed?

Yes! Scratches, dents, and faded paint are no problem, as long as the truck bed is structurally sound and rust-free. Our spray-in bedliner bonds directly to the existing paint for a smooth, durable finish. If there is significant rust or holes, repairs may be necessary before application.
