This coilover kit will allow you to take your Jeep Wrangler JK to the next level. The foundation of this kit is an upper mount that is cut and formed from .250 inch steel. Designed around a center load carrying backbone and sideload supporting one-piece formed gusset, our upper mount has clearance for 2.50 inch coilovers. This mount completely replaces the stock coil bucket/shock tower, and will be fully welded into the frame for the utmost in durability and load capacity, all while retaining the factory fender liner, without trimming.
The axle-mounted lower shock bracket with incorporated bump stop pad and lower control arm mount, also cut and formed from .250 inch steel material, comes fully jig welded and is ready to weld directly to the axle tube. We have mounts for stock axle tube dimensions and for aftermarket housings with larger tubes. The lower shock mount is fully boxed and makes for a very rigid mount, ready for off road abuse. The bump stop mounts are designed to limit up travel, just as the coilovers reach maximum compression; mounts are cut and formed from .250 inch steel.
Our coilover conversion kit is designed around a 12 inch travel 2.5 inch OD coilover shock; Although designed for a 2.5 inch by 12 inch coilover, this kit will accept all 2.0 inch coilovers.
